The Ahwatukee Foothills Pony Baseball Association board of directors is constantly trying to improve its league so that every player, parent and coach can have a rewarding and memorable experience. A major component in reaching that goal is to find and retain coaches with skills and philosophies consistent with the fundamental beliefs of youth baseball. To that end, we ask that you take a few minutes and fill out the coaches evaluation. The board of directors is especially interested in evaluations of the head coaches although we encourage you to evaluate assistant coaches if you have strong positive or negative feelings about them. If you choose to evaluate the assistant coaches, please make those comments under assistant coaches comments.
If you like to remain anonymous, you can do so, however we would prefer a name and phone number in case of a follow up is needed. This information will stay confidential between the league president and player agent. Keep in mind that the survey is not intended to eliminate “Bad” coaches, but to provide constructive criticism for improvement and to provide good coaches other coaching opportunities.
